Practical answers on getting started, recording audio and protecting your data.

How do I get started?

After release, install Tamtamo from Google Play or the App Store. Create a class and add three or four students using nicknames and their instruments. Try the pitch, rhythm and listening activities. Choose a folk song, adapt its parts to the class and plan rehearsals by weeks and lesson duration.

Can I download it now?

The store release is in preparation. Real store links will be enabled in the download section. This website provides app information, store links and support.

Microphone and notation checks

You start the audio activity yourself. Manage microphone permission in your mobile device settings. A quiet environment and a single melody improve results. Listen to and review automatically transcribed notes; compare flagged library works with their official source.

How should I handle student information?

Prefer a nickname or abbreviation that you can identify rather than a full name. Treat results as preliminary classroom observations. Protect backup files and read the deletion, student-data and permissions pages.

AI features

A configured AI connection can support suitable repertoire suggestions and planning. External providers are not enabled in the reviewed preparation. Data flows and notices must be completed before enabling any feature that sends student data.

Support and contact

A verified support email has not been configured yet. It will appear here when added. Include device model, operating system, app version and steps to reproduce an issue; omit student information and audio recordings.
